It's supposed to help a traveler skip long TSA lines at a growing list of airports by signing up online. It's a small list for now, including Newark, New Jersey; Los Angeles; Dallas-Fort Worth; Seattle; Orlando, Florida; Phoenix; and Charleston, South Carolina. I have a couple of long layovers in DFW coming up so I thought I'd try it. I registered at Whyline and got the phone app, but I can't get either one to work.
  • I try to sign in on the website, but it tells me my password is wrong, so I click the link to email me a link to reset, but no mail is received. I've tried several times.
  • I get a lot of error messages on the website as well.
  • The phone app seems worse. I can't get it to do anything really.
The DFW program seems easy to access directly at DFW Security Fast Pass at the Terminal D Checkpoint D18 but it seems only to be set up for travel Thursday thru Monday each week, and my flights are Tuesday and Wednesday so I guess I can't get any help anyway.

Actually, WhyLine does not appear to let you skip the line, it just allows you to wait while not actually in the line. On the Google Play page for the app, there are more 1 and 2 star reviews than there are 3-4-5 star reviews.
If the service is as poor as their website, It is worthless.

Booking my spot online a week in advance sounds nice if I was flying one those days.

My comment was about Whyline. Your comment appears to be about the DFW Fast Pass program. Different.

TSA precheck and Clear has worked well for me. Have t had chance to test global entry yet.

Global Entry has worked better for me than PreCheck...which isn't always available.

Clear bought WhyLine so I guess that it was working. Anyone tried it?
