Bill Simpson, a familiar face to those who frequented Dutch Springs, passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Bill worked as a hyperbaric chamber technician at UPenn and as an EMT at Dutch Springs among many other positions within the EMS and firefighting communities in the state of Delaware. Bill's resume is extensive, including diving with Jean-Michel Cousteau. He loved diving and dive travel - especially to the Pacific most recently visiting a friend of ours who was a divemaster at Dutch who moved to the Philippines. Bill loved those involved in the sport even more and was always willing to mentor others. He had a great sense of humor and will be missed by many. Condolences to his family and his vast network of friends.
