So its passed your deadline but out of curiosity I looked up on google places south of cape canaveral to dive and this came up. I live in Titusville 20 minutes north and this place is not really good with dives. I go down south if I go diving. Ive done 4 or 5 beach dives on extremely clear days and it still sucked.
