It's a new, shallow wreck that is now a location for a moored dive boat. Seems that there's already been an ownership dispute with a Goliath Grouper and a CCV Divemaster.
Don't know if Roatan and the Bay Islands are in the newly renamed forum of the Greater Caribbean Basin, so I'll try it on the Central American forum, too.
