South Jersey/ Philadelphia yes. Central NJ - no.
Call U of Penn. They have a strong Hyperbaric department. They take calls and return them in fast fashion.

Dr. Scott Kay is an ENT in Princeton and I have dove with him on a couple shop trips.

They maintain a list of dive physicians throughout the world. It isn't always perfectly up to date, but you will certainly get someone.

I called DAN - they were most helpful. They sent me a list of DAN recommended doctors immediately. Problem solved!
