I'm a Fish!
I need some infromation about diving in Laiya , Batangas. It was many years ago that I took a "skin diving" class from Professor Cailao at the University of the Philippines and that was the area we did our open water work. I will be heading in that direction in a couple of months to attend a family reunion and need any info about dive operators in that area, if so, can I get some contact information.
