I know this thread is a bit older, but is the Comal really a viable dive spot anymore? It seems that in recent years you’d have to watch the charts closely and time it just right to meet the flow rate you mention.

The flow has been almost nonexistent in the last year or so and depth is typically less than 10ft, so that's a no in my opinion
