I love my Aeris but I gotta tell ya, it's a love/hate thing.
BTW, my daughter is named Aeris...
Neil is at oceanic tech support, their other tech guy is at DEMA right now, so they are pretty swamped.
Anyway, I would try resetting it. Try this.
1. Turn computer on.
2. Go to home menu
3. Select DC info
4. Hit select button for one sec
5. This takes you to the clear NI-O2 screen
6. Use the M & A buttons and select buttons to type "20-02" then select button.
The screen goes blank, then beeps. This may clear the error, I hope!
Other things to try: do you have the latest firmware? It is "2A"
To check, do this:
1. Turn DC on
2. Go to home menu
3. Select DC info
This screen tells you what your firm ware is.
Please let us know if this works.
