Trail mix. I make a special blend of dried cherries and cranberries, almonds, pistachios and dark chocolate M&Ms (for the antioxidants, of course). Gives me energy but isn't heavy or greasy.

:banana: Bananas are the perfect dive food. Lots of vitamins and potassium to help prevent cramps. Lots of calories to fuel the next dive.
