I've got to agree. I've seen cops miss-use & abuse their powers many times.

Then lie about it later.

This is not unique to any area of any country. This is unique to the world as it happens all over the place.

I would say it happens more in other countries. especially "third world" ones.

Never done it and have never personally seen it done. While I am sure it occurs somewhere it seems to be rare enough I have never seen it. In the LEO job if you lie about the smallest of things you are banned forever. Even if you are involved in something like Rodney King if you tell the truth you can still get a job in a prison somewhere.. if you lie in a offical proceeding you're done forever

Not only in Kangaroo court but even in the USSC your OP is stricken and supressed. Unlike a fair court I personally will suspect any future postings as well.. but I am a bias kind of person
