These are pretty fresh ~ 3 month or so. about 10lb each. Found them behind granite point wall in about 60ft of water . some boat divers perhaps? i doubt u can flipper tere and scooter fold dont use those.
 
Almost every weight I have now was picked up off the bottom over the years. When I was borrowing weights, I found my first weightbelt, and I've been finding weights and weightbelts. If I find the owner I give it back, but most of the time they were on the bottom for years before I found them.

You might be surprised the places divers get on their own. I don't any more.

doubt that. this is way too far to venture on foot. maybe kayaks. more likely boat. some one petite as they just 20ft both
