Hi!
I'm certainly not the first one to open this conversation, but long story short I have decided to follow my long term dream and making diving as my profession. I know the paycheck is not biggest, but I rather put happiness over my bank account. I'm now heading for the biggest problem, and that is where to head? I've been at Thailand before, and I love the place, but there's so much more in Asia that it would be just crazy to bypass that fact.
I would appreciate all the opinions and feelings towards S-E Asia. Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam.
What's your experience on those countries and the diving industry there?
All kinds of tips are welcome, especially considering visas, work permits, paychecks and most importantly: the overall atmosphere of the place!
