We were on the beach in Cabarete when a boat of locals came in and finished cleaning their catch as they motored out in the surf & then they came ashore. They were three to the boat, with two divers (looked like a father and son) and a skipper.
They brought in pretty much something of everything - small and big lobsters (but not many - maybe 3 total?), small and big fish and a heavy bag of what I'm guessing was urchin because we saw lots of those when we were out snorkeling and we didn't see any shellfish nor sea cucumbers.
