Hey All

My ikelite housing buttons are calcified from fresh water diving here in Australia

I've tried a touch of vinegar and warm water

- -A ny other suggestions? CLR or similar ?

Touch of vinegar? I'd try 50:50, warm, for 5" stretches with immediate rinsing in mild bicarbonate solution. Then check.
Repeat if necessary.

FWIW, overhauling the buttons is not terribly difficult, just fiddly, and easy to lose those little parts. I use the kitchen table, large white towel and nothing else nearby. Good light, tiny tools that work for the parts, and good glasses are all important.
