From my experience, medifast has the most rude customer service. They made me feel like they only cared about what i spent. If you dont believe me call them. They left me with the most negative attitude about them.
I will pay a lot to lose weight but wont be around those who say they care if they dont. They came off to me as a hard-nosed business not a diet establishment. If you are a hard-nosed business no prob, just dont act like you are going to be otherwise on commercials.
I cried the first week, because there was no flavor in food to me.
