The Borneo Dream Team is looking for a new Team Member - Marketing & Business Development Executive - to join our PADI 5 Star Resort Team. We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Executive who already has proven experience at delivering successful promotional activities and bringing in new business opportunities. Our new job vacancy in the Borneo Dream team is an ideal opportunity for a Dive Professional wanting to get involved in the broader running of a Dive / Tourism business.

The full time role will involve working part the time as a PADI Professional on our boats and across our range of PADI Dive Resorts, and part time delivering a broad range of marketing and business development activities (covering a range of marketing channels) - aprrox. a 50/50 split. An ideal role for someone wanting to grow their career within the diving and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will already by a Dive Professional, be educated to a Degree level (ideally with a Degree in Business / Marketing) and has proven experience in delivering successful promotional activities and bringing in new business.

Should be fluent (verbal and written) in English and ideally Mandarin. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, have lots of initiative, able to plan and organise own workload, likes a new challenge, can make positive first impressions and passionate about diving.
