Since I couldn't find a thread for this yet (probably due to these lakes not being "diving lakes". On Saturday (May 14th, 2016) I went diving in Lake Muskoka in front of my cottage (15 feet only) and the water temp was 53 degrees at depth. In a 7mm wetsuit (boots, hood, gloves) the water was not a problem, spent 1 hour 10 minutes exploring the bay before I called it a dive.

it sounds like you were diving alone ...i hope that was not the case , i lost a friend up in tobermory in 15 of water diving alone ............steve

I wasn't diving alone, had a buddy with me !
good always good to dive with a buddy unless trained to do otherwise
