I used this for awhile before upgrading to larger lights. Been trying to figure out a use for it for awhile but haven't, lol.

I cant find the mounting screw/spacer.

try contacting L&M and asking nicely. I still use mine as a backup compact option with a gopro if i am not carrying a tray with video lights.
 
I used a screw/nut setup rather than the spacer when I was using it. Our water around here has too much stuff in it for a light to be mounted super close to the camera
