Two of the resorts that have already been mentioned here I can highly recommend.......Reef House Resort on Roatan and Little Cayman Beach Resort. RHR is smaller and would likely be closer to the experience you had on Utila. They also offer the best dive sites in Roatan.
LCBR won't quite have that same feel as they are larger but you'll have no problem meeting new friends. The food is some of the very best I have ever had at any resort I have been to and I'm not just talking about dive resorts either. The diving, in my opinion, is the best to be found in all of the Caribbean. Easy but great diving. Dive staff is first class.
Either would be an excellent choice.
