I know this thread is old but I also have a D3300 and have been looking for a housing, and what I have found have been priced out of this world!! Like $1500!! That seems obsurd.
$1500 is cheap for a DSLR housing. Honestly, if $1500 for a housing is too much, you should probably find a point and shoot, since that wont cover ports, strobes, arms, clamps, focus lights, extension rings, sync cables, etc...
