Excellent! The sky did not fall. :)
Indeed, Tursiops. Although Cindy Zipf's Clean Ocean Action tried to label several whale incidents on this activity. A Minke was chopped up by a propeller near coney island, a Fin was strangled by nets by Mud Hole. COA says both could have been under the influence of the Seismic. Worse still is Sheila Dean's Marine Mammal Rescue Center; they put their name on Bob Martin's press release announcing legal action for an injunction. But it turns out they prefer to kill stranded whales, like a 15 foot Minke than put any real research into determining causes.

During the Seismic research several sports fishingboats were observed having healthy catches.
Glenn Arthur did not go deaf, but his friends failed to halt the research.
Life is normal.

As I told you on your Facebook page and here, our mission is to promote a positive and safe image of diving and to represent the diving community through our various committees. Keeping divers safe is what we try to do. In this instance we were successful. If you cannot personally accept and acknowledge that fact you are just as “misinformed” as those who you are making accusations against.

Glenn, come to trenton to witness the pathetic state of activism that your initial spreading of misinformed information has wrought. Maybe you can help the scientists foot their legal bill?

We are not part of any of the legal actions involving the “scientists” you mentioned.

Keep denying initial involvement in initial harassment, potential litigation will bypass you when the chickens come home to roost.

Thanks to our cooperative work with the Director, Office of Marine Operations, Lamont–Doherty Earth Observatory, we published our warning to the diving community and it has been successful in keeping divers safe from close exposure to their operations. The only one who has shown concern for themselves over "potential litigation" is you.

NJ ocean blasting research completed; court action halted

Seismic testing that involved blasting the ocean floor off the New Jersey shore with sound waves has been completed, and a lawsuit brought against it by fishing groups has been dismissed.

Five fishing groups had sued to stop the research, led by Rutgers University and involving the National Science Foundation, and the University of Texas, claiming it disturbs and possibly harms marine life including dolphins, whales, turtles and many fish species.

But in a joint court filing Wednesday, both sides acknowledged that the testing had been completed on Monday, and that a restraining order shutting it down is no longer needed.

A separate lawsuit brought by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection challenging the way the project was approved remains active.
