I would like all of those that care to answer this, I read through the hackers handbook where it gave plans to build a sensor with the help of Radio Shack.

I would like to dive Nitrox more often and a oxygen sensor is a must, would I be ok to build my own or save for brand Y?

The link is Oxycheq.com. I've built 2 of there el cheapo's. One was custom with a smaller case. If you know how to solder it isn't a big deal. If you overheat the display you'll be buying another display at around $15. I had to buy another one myself. Some of the pieces you take off are very small. Have to be carefull not to overheat.
It's $100 plus $25 for the flow restrictor. Which I highly recomend.
