We are hiring at Paragon Dive Group! This is for a full-time position. Please see below:
We are looking to hire someone on a full-time basis with the following skills and attributes:
Passionate about scuba diving.
Enthusiastic people person with sales experience and success.
Certified diver is a must, preferably an instructor (certifying agency isn’t important) or a dive master with instructor aspirations. Tech diving knowledge or experience preferred.
Inventory management, shipping and receiving experience preferred.
Social media management experience is a plus.
Scuba gear service technician certified is a plus.
Fluent in English (spoken, written) is a must. Spanish language ability preferred.
Description:
We are the fastest growing online retailer of scuba gear in the U.S. and the largest dive shop in Arizona. We are looking for another full-time person to assist us with our growth and expansion plans. We offer an extremely competitive base salary ($35 - $50k depending on experience and qualifications) plus commissions on in-shop gear sales and training fees for courses taught.
