it was bound to happen as many discounters source in europe. with the weak dollar leisure pro increased prices on a number of things e.g. apeks regs. the atx 200 went up by $75. ouch!

It's also the holiday season. The same thing happened last year about this time. Prices took a jump on LP.

LP also have a habit of raising prices on items of hot discussion on boards such as this - especially when references are made to "get it from LP". Seen this on several items in the past, not sure if it's just coincidence or not.
Just adding $5 here and there, but still, it's noticeable.

Exchange rates flipped ... The dollar is worth less than 80¢ compared to what it was less than 2 years ago.
Most folks don't even notice it, but being an importer I don't like it much at all.;-0

I've ordered from them. Price was great. Shipment took forever. Service wasn't that great.
