Sea and Sea YS-250 Pro Battery Packs

Since the last postings n this topic, has anyone had success sourcing the parts and building new Sea and Sea YS-250 Pro Battery Packs (as opposed to rebuilding existing packs)? The battery cells are readily available, there are companies that will build custom packs, including adding temperature sensors and over charge protection circuits. The greater difficulty is sourcing the somewhat unique wiring harness.

I personally want to keep using these strobes for their dependable circular flash tubes, but need a second spare set of batteries.
