Great Lakes Naval Memorial and Museum
1346 Bluff Street | Muskegon, MI

Day program

9 am - 5:30 pm
Cost: $15 per person

Day program includes:
•Museum
•Self-guided tours of the USS Silversides and the McLane
•Underwater pumpkin carving by the Muskegon County Sheriff Dive Team
•Vendor booths
•Presentations by experts on shipwrecks, underwater exploration, ROVs and more

Build an ROV

Class times: 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm
Cost: $10 per person

Work with a small team to design, build and operate an underwater robot

Evening program

7 pm - 9:30 pm
Cost: $15 pre-registered, $20 at the door

Ghosts of the Oceana Coast
Maritime historian Brendon Baillod explores the history and dramatic stories of area wrecks.

Search for the Westmoreland
Learn the legend, history and discovery of Lake Michigan's "treasure ship" from wreck hunter Ross Richardson.

Mystery of the Thomas Hume
MSRA's Valerie van Heest, shipwreck hunter and historian, tells of the elusive wreck, found more than 115 years after its mysterious disappearance.
