I don't dive caves and will probably never do that, but I strongly prefer the frog kick. It's a lot closer to the way I've been swimming since I was five than the flutter kick is.

:D You forget that @REVAN's idea of swimming is sustained 5 knots in full scuba gear. So what you were doing since you were 5 is not "swimming" by his definition.

Yeah well... I don't think any human's ever been swimming by that definition. I'm on my 1st cup of morning coffee so my math isn't reliable yet, but I think 5 knots translate to a 40-second hundred -- that's full 20% faster than the current Olympic freestyle record.
