Stratos 3 info

I ordered a pair of Stratos 3 full foot fins, I noticed that on every website it mentions that these fins passed the most extreme stress and anti-shock laboratory tests. As a scientist, I was curious as to if/where this data may be available to the public? My other question is just on their buoyancy, weather they are positive, negative or neutral?
