"swimming" in the rapids may be a bad idea

yeah, rapids, swam, was injured.

i didnt get very good instructions before i dove in.. i smashed into about 10 rocks and crawled, breathing hard, and bleeding out of the water. it was awesome..

my knee and hip are all banged up.. i put a hole in my brand new wetsuit.. sucks.. if the bruises are worth seeing, ill post pics tomorrow..
