You might also consider contacting a diving medical referee in your area as well. It looks like there is at least one relatively close to you: Medical Referees - UKDMC

They might have a go-to ENT specialist who is familiar with diving.

For U.K. dive medical advice you need to go to a dive referee, as mentioned above. Don’t be fooled by their statement about only providing advice to BSAC, SAA and SSAC, they will give advice to any recreational diver. PADI et al instructors have to go through a HSE approved doctor.
