Using and possibly upgrading a Mako DPV

After searching through all the Mako threads, there is some good info, but nothing recent.

Is anyone diving one with SLA or Lithium batteries or have knowledge to share?

Any tips, tricks or upgrades? Does anyone have the plans or instructions for the handle upgrade?

Any parts you want to unload? I’ll take anything.

I just got one and starting to source orings and batteries. I know about dpvrepair.com.
