I bought two sets of Velocity full foot fins for my grandkids as part of a snorkel set. One set has a sticky greasy film on them that I cannot get off. I have tried dish soap and rubbing alcohol.
How do I get this stuff off of these fins?

How long have you had the fins? Have you or your grandkids been diving or snorkeling with them as of yet? Lots of fins come with a waxy solution on them to keep them from dry rotting and getting scuffed while being shipped and stored. From my experience the solution typically comes off on its own after a dive or so.
