Vest for under a semi-dry

I have an aqualung semi dry that has a little vest under it and sadly, this has stretched and I now get cold water pouring down my back during a dive. I think that wearing a smoothskin vest / top under it will solve this problem (with or without hood, don't really care) and although I have seen them on others when diving, can I find one on the internet now? I've called a few suppliers and they don't seem to stock any either.

Does anyone have a smooothskin type vest with a high neck - and what is the brand so I can find one! Or, any other suggestions welcome!
