VTX with air integration. Status of TMT always not available

I've done about 12 dives on the VTX and it has worked without issue. But I can never get a battery status of the transmitter. It always reads unavailable. And in the water it flashes the correct amount or air, but of course I can not rely on it. Just wondering if I have to calibrate or set up something I've missed. Reading the manual I believe I've done everything

Any help would be great

I've only checked the battery status BEFORE I dive. My three work great. FWIW, if you're reading pressure, you're golden. I would def trust that.
