Diver Dennis:
What about the lady who caused a ruckus yesterday when the flight attendant saw her putting on nail polish? The lady went a bit nuts and said she would blow up the plane if she did have a bomb...:shakehead

:shakehead:shakehead:shakehead

Oh boy.........

When I flew transatlantic from the last week, my hand-luggage (backpack) was x-rayed and hand-searched twice at two different airports. No-one noticed/took the large tubes of antibiotic cream and other lotion from my first aid kit in the side pocket. Other than four more TSA attendants at the gate, I saw no other sign of increased security or concern..

Thalassamania:
You heard about the big stash of well aged dynamite that was found at an Idaho yard sale? With blasting caps! Link

that's probably an Al-Quaida stash ... right now there's one pissed off dude going "Akbar, i TOLD YOU to burry it deeper, you son of a she-donkey!"

They're worried about a few small calibre shells. This guy brought a torpedo home.

This kid brought home an unexploded 30#, 105mm projectile as a souvenir. His dad didn't think it was safe to have in the house, so had the kid carry into the garage

These are mostly 1950's army surplus shells the ski patrol uses for avalanche control at one of the local resorts.

Not as bad as the guy who told screeners that it was a bomb in his luggage because he did not want his mom who was traveling with him to know what he had was a penis pump! Saw this in my odd news ticker the other day.

lol i saw that too

quick thinking there... not

One of several flights diverted to alternate airports because of suspicions announced that they were landing early as a crew member was ill. The passengers became alarmed still - when they saw a fighter jet escorting the airliner. :11:

I so I guess he went out with his bang.

The whole situation just blew up in his face.

You can say that either he is Con Fused, or that the authorities defused situation. Let's hope they won't refuse him.

I guess he was just carrying a big stick.

That still doesn't compare to the time a local citizen brought an unexploded shell to our police station's front desk, because he didn't think it was safe to have around the house anymore :11: :11: :11: :11: :11:
