That scubapro cutter looks a lot like the OMS Ticut (Cutting Tools - Dive Knives & Line Cutters http://www.OMSdive.com), which I own and love. It cuts through fishing line/net with no effort, fits in the hand well (at least with 3mm and 5mm gloves) and I don't need to rinse the tool. One thing I would recommend is placing some line on the cutter so there is less chance of dropping it.
