Wally: I have to step in here in Rick's defense. Due to increased numbers of certs coming into Headquarters, staff training and updated technology to handle the increased volume of work, some cert cards are taking longer than usual to process. I apologize for the inconvenience. We should have everything back to our normal less than 24-hour turn-around by next week.
