Well, the first thing you have to do is calculate the lift. IIRC, Tobin has a program for doing that on the website. Once you know how much lift you need, then you have to decide whether you want a horseshoe or a torus wing, and I don't know how to tell you which you want. We have both, and honestly, I've dived them both, and they dive so similarly to me that I can't come up with a reason to prefer one over the other.
I don't think there are a lot of color options. I know you can get the wings in bright pink, or in the black with the orange embroidery (which I think is pretty, myself). Tobin (cool-hardware52) would be the one to ask. DSS actually has a subforum here on SB where you can post questions, too.
