Thanks for the info. I just paid about 50 bucks for it as part of a servicing. But I live in Japan where customers are trained to grab their ankles when it comes to markups.

Here is about what I paid for a reg servicing;

MR12/Akros, Nikos octo, and gauge; labor: $75

HP seat--$50
LP seat--$4
Filter--$8
Joint pin--$10
