FS DIVE RITE 10WATT HID HANDHELD Diverite

"Ideal as a primary or back up light, the HID Handheld uses the same Sunspot fixed-focus beam as the Dive Rite MR11 canister lights, producing a powerful 500 lumens of illumination that is 300 percent brighter than halogen. Uses eight AA rechargeable or disposable alkaline batteries. Twist-on activation with a no-slip, knurled grip handle makes the HID Handheld easy to operate even with gloves on yet eliminates a switch for one less point of failure. Operational to a depth of 1,000 feet with a double o-ring seal and a bezel design that prevents inadvertent activation due to pressure at depth. The light also comes with a lanyard. At 8-inches long and 1.8-inches in diameter, the HID Handheld is compact and perfect for travel. Batteries are not included."

I bought this 1 year ago and I have only used it 3 times literally. I didn't even carry it as a backup, only as a primary on three night dives in fresh water only. The light is in VERY good condition and like EVERY single one of my HIDs, has NEVER been turned on out of water and never been turned on for under 3 minutes prior to shutting down.

Insurance on this will be included in the shipping price since the bulbs can be temperamental and easily blown (however I have yet to lose one in shipping ...knock on wood).

Recently DiveRite began producing a new cap and wire that fit both this and the LED700 and turn the light into a cannister you can wear on your belt ... just a thought (but that part is obviously not included).

Start this one at $265 shipping included.
