Let's see - your last trip to Buddy Dive was FANTASTIC and you are worried about a non-diving girl friend.

Man are you thinking with the wrong part of the body ;-)

You need to get the priorities straight or she will have you out of diving in a year.

If you had a good experience with Buddy's , stay with Buddy..You may not like the Plaza for the jhouse reef is a PIA to use.The walk from the rooms to beach is not a short 30 second walk ,some of the rooms are 5 minutes or more of a walk away,so that would limit how much ease there is to a house reef dive.
The rooms at Divi are not to my likes.Too many people at Divi also.
Go to Buddys ,give Lourdes 3 kisses at the dive shop and go have a good time.

Yup, I did like Buddy's and might go back some time, but I ended up booking at Eden Beach... basically it was the only place that had an actual beach (that goes down to the water) and a two bedroom unit. Plaza was sold out, and Divi only had individual rooms...

Oh, well, life is a series of compromises! But if you compromise and still get to go diving in Bonaire... not too bad, huh?

Plan on doing a lot of shore diving anyway, so that should make the choice of resort less of an issue. AND, when I just sit by myself off the resort dock with my macro lens and look for little critters, a rubble pile is as good as a massive reef!

Will post pix and review when I get back... as always, thanks so much for everyone's advice!
