Howard - save the strobe for the bottom tieoff point. If someone was in a jam and set off their own strobe, it might get a little confusing figuring out there was even a problem.

Actually... the strobe we have has 2 interchangable bulbs...1 is a strobe...the other is just a light. It's pretty bright too... I think I'll just switch to that one.
My flag has eyelets in it that can hold a small light easily.
