    Because PADI charge more for a certificate. It's always an option though - just ask your instructor.

    Some courses do come with a certificate.

    Are there any courses that only come with crewpack with certificate included? Most have a 'lite' version, less the fancy certificate and badges etc. Most centres opt for the lite version, to keep prices down.

    Certificates (and the wonderful little badges ) usually come with the C- Card through the post
