Why? As long as it is recognized & honored by anyone I want to buy Nitrox fills or rent Nitrox cylinders from, I don't care what it has on it or what color it is.
It depends on what materials the instructor chooses to supply/has access to.
Are there any courses that only come with crewpack with certificate included? Most have a 'lite' version, less the fancy certificate and badges etc. Most centres opt for the lite version, to keep prices down.

Certificates (and the wonderful little badges ) usually come with the C- Card through the post
