Final count was 92. My computer counted more than 100 but I just couldn't log some of the short dives from my classes as separate dives. I'm planning for 2012 to be the first year of more than 100 dives for me and I'm shooting for 150 or more as a stretch goal.
Only 11 dives, but on those eleven I managed more than an hours total deco time. Only doing 1 dive a day really reduces the number of dives possible (plus I didn't dive in the second half of 2011)
Lots of time in the pool teaching Froglets how to dive however.
