Are all Aeris USB Cables the Same?

The Aeris website lists two different part numbers, the 10.0100 for the USB cable and the 10.0102 for the USB V2 cable. Are these different cables, or is it just the software/packaging/fluff that's different? I can find the 10.0100 part for "Aeris PC Download Cable for Atmos Elite, Atmos AI, Atmos 2 and XR2 Computers (USB connection)" for $25 less than the USB V2 cable for the "Aeris ACI V2 PC Download Cable for Elite T3 Computer (USB connection)".

With the appropriate software that came with my Elite T3, will I be able to use either of these cables?

Thanks,
Craig
