I have a new Aeris Elite T3 computer. I like it but have not been able to upload dives to my desktop. I called the Aeris 877 number, left a message...no response. I sent an email to them...no response. The good folks at my dive shop have not been able to help me. I also cannot enter the serial number in my dive log (on desktop.) Is there anybody out there that can help?
 
The instructions and information are in the help menu, But it sound like you did not install the drivers.

You can download the drivers at this link: http://www.diveaeris.com/Software/2K_Vista_USBDriver.zip If you don't want to use the direct link (security concerns), go to the Aeris website (it may require a log in - if so, set up an account), go to Service & Support, then download the driver there. The link below is for 32-bit computers. For 64-bit, go to the same location on the web described above and download the 64-bit drivers. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I reloaded the driver and now I can enter data but am still not getting my dives uploaded. Any ideas?
