I have a new Aeris Elite T3 computer. I like it but have not been able to upload dives to my desktop. I called the Aeris 877 number, left a message...no response. I sent an email to them...no response. The good folks at my dive shop have not been able to help me. I also cannot enter the serial number in my dive log (on desktop.) Is there anybody out there that can help?
