I'm considering finally turning to the Dark Side and getting a MacBook to replace the Windows laptops I've used forever. I will not get a laptop that won't run Aeris Computer Interface, since this is one of my major uses for a laptop.

Can anyone confirm from personal experience that ACI will function correctly on a Mac? By "function correctly" I mean download data from the dive computer via USB download cable, allow viewing and editing the log, permit printing log pages, save and backup logs, and so on.

My preference would be to do this in a virtual machine so I don't have to reboot, so it would also be great if anyone with direct experience could comment on this.
