hi, i recently purchased an aeris epic with transmitter from the states, i am from australia, on about my 8th dive with the computer the little red relief pressure valve has blown out and the transmitter flooded with water and is now no longer working. the shop i purchased from said to deal directly with oceanic. now i have sent off several emails to oceanic worldwide to every email address possible and have not had any response.

oceanic in australia has been helpful and said it should be a warranty job but they need confirmation from oceanic worldwide before they can do anything. i then told them that i have had no luck in getting in contact with oceanic worldwide and now i have no longer had any response?

can someone please help me out here with what to do

thank you so much
nick
