I need to get from LIbya to Equador at the end of this month in order to get to Galapagos
Money is less important than time, so if anyone has any suggestions about how this might work, I'm all ears.
Libya - Europe - Equador can certainly be done, but surely there will be a time saving if I head direct to South America and then on to my final destination of San Cristobal, Equador.
I know this is an unusual one, so I throw myself on the great wisdom of Scubaboard and its lovely members
It would be much easier through Europe. AFAIK, there are only four ways of flying directly from Africa to South America, none of them from Northern Africa, neither to Ecuador:
South African Airways daily from Jo'burg to Sao Paulo
Malaysian Airlines twice/week from Jo'burg to Buenos Aires
TAAG weekly from Luanda (Angola) to Rio de Janeiro
Air Portugal/TACV weekly from Sal (Cape Verde Islands) to Fortaleza
