Cape Town - dive op?

I've had an opportunity to travel to Cape Town for a week. I plan to get a day diving in when I'm there. Can someone please recommend me a good safe Dive Operator that I can trust in CT? I have no interest in shark diving. (attracting sharks to a boat is IMO totally irresponsible)
